Event description

4 mile run in conjunction with Carlow/Kilkenny Samaritans branch on 14th Oct at 1pm. Tshirts for first 300 entrants only 12e online with popupraces or enter on the day for 20e. Lots of prizes for all categories. Run will start at Tinryland Village (2 mile from Carlow) and just off the M9. Post run refreshments after in Tinryland Gaa.
