Optimal Fitness is proudly presenting its 2nd 5k and 10k New Years Eve event. This year, I am delighted to announce that proceeds will go to the Palliative Care Unit in Tralee

Monday 31st December, starting and finishing at the Rose Hotel Tralee

5k Course record bonus cash prize of €100 (Cathal o Donnabhain, St Finbarrs AC, 16.37)
*Trophy for the first 5 male and female home in both events
*Trophy for 1st junior, (U16 and 16-19) male and female in 5k
